The Challenge: To transform the company’s social media approach from a gut-based to a data-backed approach, which is ROI (return on investment) driven.
The Thinking: For long-term results, we had to ensure that any pay-per-click (PPC) activity undertaken was accountable and ROI driven. We set certain key performance indicators (KPIs), which included an approach that indicated a shift from ‘visits focused’ to ‘conversion focused’.
We implemented new tracking codes and analytics processes to conduct bespoke research that identified the strategic framework for this particular brand.
Our strategy included insight-based contextual advertising campaigns and developing a customised statistical revenue prediction model.
The Result: An increase of 500% in ROI over four months. A multi-channel approach to online advertising that had a multiplier effect and through accurate reporting & a feedback loop, managed to communicate the message even to certain hard-to-reach ethnic segments.
The Challenge: To create mutually exclusive social media content that would drive engagement and differentiate brand identities for New Call’s two brands – Planet Talk and Ratebuster.
The Thinking: Using various tools, we analysed and tracked social media metrics and located important influencers. We then used this information to create specific creative campaigns backed by our in-house editorial expertise to engage specific groups and target audiences online.
The Result: Content for Facebook and Twitter that was recent and relevant, with a potential to go viral. This content was informative, without being invasive and was at all times, current and up-to-date. We successfully ensured consistency in communication, by tying-in each brand’s overall theme with all our content. New Call has commissioned phase II of the growth of their social media strategy with Here&Now365 Digital.

The Challenge: To develop a customised online advertising campaign, promoting a UK-wide Comedy Tour to a niche target audience.
The Thinking:Using our research insights into age, artistic interests and online media consumption trends of the specific ethnic community that was the primary target audience for this campaign, we tailor-made a contextual advertising campaign that also entailed strategically placing banner ads on select websites and use in-video overlays.
The Result: We registered a significant response to this campaign, tracked through various tools including click-through-rates and impressions. Another measurable KPI was the number of ticket sales we achieved as a direct result of this campaign. We have been assigned to run an online social media campaign for an upcoming Azme Alishan Music Tour.
