Each year, the Greater London Authority, London’s unique city-wide government teams up with the DiwaliinLondonCommittee to put on a captivating event in Trafalgar Square. Diwali in London is one of the largest celebrations of South Asian culture in the country.

Here&Now365 works closely with the GLA on event sponsorships and stall bookings. Our clients have been participating in GLA events every year with varying magnitudes. The highlight of 2008’s event, was Barclays Diwali on the Square, a sponsorship ‘deal’ that Here&Now365 coordinated. This included:
Booking and designing the stall layout for Barclays
Production of all marketing collateral, ie, posters, leaflets, good bags
Extensive outreach to promote the event and Barclays’ presence
Personnel support and entertainment, including face painters, henna artists, stall builders, and outreach staff
Photography and other PR elements for increased exposure
Orchestration of screen advertising opportunity for key sponsors
