- Contact number (if applicable)
8.2 Purpose of Processing
Data is collected for:
- Administering the Promotion
- Verifying eligibility
- Prize fulfilment
- Marketing communications (only where explicit consent is provided)
8.3 Data Storage & Retention
- Data will be stored securely
- Promotion-related data will be retained for up to 12 months after the event, after this the data will then be securely deleted
- Marketing data will be retained until consent is withdrawn

9. Photography & Filming
Photography and videography may take place at the event for general event coverage.

10. Disqualification
Kay Beauty reserves the right to disqualify participants who:
- Provide false information
- Attempt multiple entries
- Engage in disruptive or fraudulent behaviour

11. Limitation of Liability
Kay Beauty shall not be liable for:
- Any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation
- Technical failures beyond reasonable control
12. Right to Amend or Cancel
Kay Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary. Updates will be communicated at the event.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
