Here and Now 365 Ltd acts as Kay Beauty’s UK event partner and data protection contact point for the purposes of this Promotion.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Promotion, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance.
3. Promotion Overview
The Promotion will take place at the Asiana Bridal Show 2026, held on 8 February 2026 (“Event Date”). Eligible participants will have the opportunity to spin a prize wheel (“Spin to Win”) for a chance to win promotional prizes offered by Kay Beauty.
4. Eligibility
Participants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be a resident of the United Kingdom
- Attend the Asiana Bridal Show 2026 in person
- Provide accurate and complete information
Non-eligible personnel would include employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of Kay Beauty or its partners involved in the promotion.
5. How to Participate
To enter, participants must:
- Visit the Kay Beauty stand
- Complete the participation form (name, email, and/or contact number)
- Confirm eligibility and accept these Terms & Conditions via mandatory checkboxes
- Spin the prize wheel once only
Only one entry per person is permitted for the duration of the event.
6. Prizes
- Prizes are allocated instantly based on the outcome of the spin wheel
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash
- Kay Beauty reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value if required
Odds of winning depend on prize availability.
7. Prize Redemption
- Prizes must be claimed on the Event Date
- Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited
- Kay Beauty accepts no responsibility for prizes once the event concludes
