The Indian diaspora in the UK have geared up to celebrate Navaratri – the nine day festival devoted to Goddess Durga. During these nine days there are various events held across the country to celebrate the festivities through garba and dandiya raas. We have picked the top events across the UK where you can celebrate.
Navaratri Festival 2015
Organised by the Shree Kutch Leva Patel Community (UK) the festivities go on till the 27th of October between 7.30pm to 11pm at the SKLPC Centre, Northolt, India Gardens, Northolt, UB5 6RE.
Navaratri Festival Celebration 2015
Organised by Anand Milan, the Festival starts on Tuesday 13th October 2015 every evening and ends on Wednesday 21st October 2015, with Sharad Purnima taking place on Monday 26th October 2015. The festivities will be taking place between 8pm-11pm at Fairlands Community Centre, Fairlands Avenue, Worplesdon, Guildford, Surrey, GU33NA.
